#31 Birger GernetAt age 16, Birger decided to get his motorcycle licence and ride a 125 cc bike to get around town. Each subsequent bike was bigger than the one before. Eventually roads became too small for him, and since then Birger has also been riding his road bikes on racing circuits. His ambitions even extend to go-kart circuits. He’s already won himself a place on the podium at smaller championships, and sees the R3 bLU cRU Cup | Switzerland as a means of entry into professional racing. He even temporarily gave up his job as a mechatronics engineer to devote himself fully to his training. Team sponsor Pizrog Natursteine is helping him get closer to his dream.
