The first day of the iXS Round in Valencia is already behind us and the first season of the R3 bLU cRU Cup | Switzerland is in full swing. Just in time at 07:30 Franz Hunkeler from Yamaha Switzerland opened the event on the Circuit Ricardo Tormo with the attention of all riders and crew. He also welcomed the Real Racing legend and World Endurance pilot Horst Saiger together with the two wildcard riders Dani Müller #65 and Noah Dettwiler #55. Under very good weather conditions the day started with a guided track walk under Horst Saiger. Afterwards, the first two free training sessions were on the agenda for the riders. Thanks to the excellent catering by eila, the drivers were able to enter the next training sessions strengthened after the lunch break. At 16:45 the qualifying for the two races on Tuesday and Wednesday was the highlight of the day. Due to the valuable commitment of the Yart mechanics, the riders were able to optimally tune their bikes and start qualifying with a good feeling. The Frenchman Tom Berçot (1:52.158) won ahead of the Swiss Corentin Savary (1:53.472) and the German-Brazilian Alan Kroh (1:53.516).
